Prosecco Rose’ Millesimato has a fresh aroma with notes of pear and pomegranate. Even though it only accounts for 15% of the blend at its core, Pinot Noir grapes bring acidity as well as some body to the wine.

| Winemaking method | Pinot Noir's grapes are left to macerate for 2-3 days and are then aged in steel tanks until blended. Glera's grapes are soft-crushed, before fermenting at 15°C, in order to enhance freshness and fruity notes. For the sparkling process, Bosco del Merlo adopts the Charmat method. |
