Veneto
Veneto is the first Italian region in terms of wine volume production. Part of its success is due to the high number of autochthonous vines, from which are produced some of the world’s most famous wines.

The third largest producer of appellations
Veneto is another noteable region when speaking of wine. In Veneto there are 42 appellations of DOC and DOCG, making the region the third largest producer of different appellations, only surpassed by Piedmont and Tuscany. Valdobbiadene, Valpolicella, and Soave are well-known wine producing areas, recognized respectively for Prosecco, Amarone, and Soave. There are currently more in the works which we expect to see pop up in the next ten years, which we are sure will surprise and delight wine lovers and collectors alike. This includes wines being produced in the Colli Euganei, a regional protected park originated from lava flows which took place millions of years ago. Its soil is mostly clayish-calcareous, and as a result, the wines produced here display a remarkable level of sapidity and minerality.
