Winemaking method | Fermentation and maceration take place in glazed concrete tanks as well as stainless steel ones for 30-40 days. |
Maturation | Spends 24 months in French oak barrels, of which 50% are new and 50% are already used once. Then it rests in stainless steel tanks between 7 and 8 months before bottling. It ages in bottle for at least 10 months. |
