Roncús

Roncùs is located in Capriva del Friuli, a small village near the bigger town of Gorizia. The vineyard’s vines are gathered in small plots, some on the hills and others on the plains, both surrounded by the nearby woodland. The soil is mainly marl which provides the wines an extraordinary minerality and unique flavor. The winery is owned by Marco Perco, who officially purchased the land in the ‘80s, however, the Perco family has been working on these lands for the past three generations. Roncùs strives to honor the territory they have known for nearly 80 years through their wines.
