Sustainability and personal care on every stage
Fasol Menin is situated in Valdobbiadene, in the very heart of Prosecco production. The vineyard extends onto hills and plains which range from between 160 and 820 feet above sea level. The soil is morainic with low fertility in some areas, and alluvial in others, allowing for higher fertility. The winery inherited its name from the Fasol family, whom founded a village with the same name in the 19th century. Fasol Menin is now owned by the Tramet family, with Giulia Tramet and Alessandro Tramet managing the daily operations. Sustainability is the main prerogative of Fasol Menin; The use of manual harvesting, no herbicides, green manure, and ENO-BEE are just some of the practices and projects the winery is committed to, safeguarding the environment and ensuring biodiversity
