Colli Euganei, Veneto
Luna del Parco
This Moscato Giallo is sweet as can be, with a gorgeous mixture of peach, apricot, caramel, honey, and candied fruits notable in its aroma. It requires careful pressing, free fermentation, and years of aging in its own dregs.
Taste
A sweetness and silkiness that is hard to resist. The aroma offers notes of apricot and candied orange peel, as well as an obvious floral component from the Fior d’Arancio blossom, which translates into “Orange Flower”.
